Greater Macedonia Church of God by Faith is a Christ-centered ministry located in Clermont, Florida, dedicated to sharing the love of Jesus and strengthening the community through worship, teaching, and service. With a rich history and a heart for people, our church offers Spirit-filled services, biblical preaching, and ministries for all ages. We are committed to creating a welcoming environment where individuals and families can grow in faith, build meaningful relationships, and experience the power of God in their everyday lives.
Our Pastor:
Pastor James L. Rodgers was born on May 8, 1957, in Louisiana, Alabama. He is the second of ten children born to James and Evelina Rodgers. Pastor Rodgers attended Lake County Public Schools and graduated from Groveland High School in 1975. He later served his country in the United States Army.
In 1991, Pastor Rodgers accepted the call to ministry and is currently servicing in that capacity in the surrounding communities. He holds the position as the Assistant Superintendent of the Ocala District and as the Pastor of Greater Macedonia Church of God by Faith in Clermont, Florida.
